Wild Rice with Baby VegetablesCategories: Side dishes, Soyfoods, Vegetables Yield: 10 servings 1 1/2 c Wild rice; uncooked 32 oz Birds Eye Baby Broccoli -Blend; frozen (2-16 ounce -packages) ---------------------------HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING--------------------------- 1/4 c Honey 1/4 c Dijon mustard Cook wild rice according to package directions. Cook the Baby Broccoli Blend according to package directions or steam them. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the honey and Dijon mustard to make a dressing. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cooked rice and steamed vegetables, drizzle the honey-mustard dressing over the mixture and stir to evenly coat the vegetables and wild rice. Serve warm.
