Wild Rice Meat LoafCategories: Tasteofhome Yield: 4 servings 4 c Wild rice; cooked 1 lb Lean ground beef; uncooked 2 c Shredded cheddar cheese 1 c Dry bread crumbs 1 c Onion; finely chopped 1/2 c All-purpose flour 2 Eggs; beaten 1 1/4 ts Salt 1 ts Ground sage 3/4 ts Pepper Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Firmly press into a greased 9x5x3" loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 70 min. Cover with foil during the last 15 minutes if the top is browning too quickly. Yield: 4-6 servings.
