Wholemeal MuffinsCategories: Eggless won, Femina, Femina2 Yield: 1 servings 225 g Wholemeal; (wheat) flour 60 g Flour 1 ts Soda bicarb; (5 g) 225 ml Milk 140 ml Buttermilk 60 g Butter; melted SIFT together all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the centre and add the milk, and mix till the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add in the buttermilk and beat well to obtain a smooth mixture. Stir in the melted butter and mix well. Divide the mixture into 12 portions and pour into well greased muffin trays. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220o C/425o F for 20 minutes or until brown in colour. NOTES : Makes 12 ----- ---------- |
