Warm Garlic Dipping SauceCategories: Ckright3 Yield: 1 servings 4 tb Unsalted butter 10 Garlic cloves; finely -slivered 10 Anchovy fillets; well -rinsed, chopped 1 c Olive oil 2 tb Sherry vinegar 3 tb Chopped fresh parsley In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the garlic and saute until soft but not brown. Stir in the anchovies, olive oil, vinegar, and parsley and heat through. Keep warm. This recipe yields ?? cups of dipping sauce.
