Warm Champagne DressingCategories: Home6 Yield: 1 servings 1/2 c Champagne vinegar 2 tb Sugar 1 ts Flour 2 ts Dry vermouth 1 ts Dijon mustard 1 tb Heavy cream 1 1/2 c Olive oil Salt & pepper; to taste Combine the vinegar, sugar, flour, vermouth and mustard in a small saucepan.
