Vietnamese Dipping Sauce (Nuoc Cham)Categories: Oriental Yield: 6 servings 1 Clove Garlic; Minced 1 sm Bird Or Serrano Chile; -Seeded And Minced 3 tb Fish Sauce 3 tb Water 2 tb Fresh Lime Juice; (2-3 -Tablespoons) 1 tb Granulated Sugar Stir together all ingredients until the sugar has dissolved.
