Vegetable Onion DipCategories: Lifetime tv, Life6 Yield: 1 servings 2 c Non-fat sour cream 1/2 c Onions; chopped 1/4 c Scallions; chopped 1/4 c Carrots; chopped 1/4 c Red bell peppers; chopped 1 ts Jalapeno; finely chopped, ; seeded 1 ds Cider vinegar 1 ts Tabasco; optional Salt; optional Parsely sprigs; for garnish 1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, onion, scallions, carrots, red peppers, jalapeno and mix thoroughly; add vinegar, Tabasco and salt. 2.
