Turkey "Cranwiches"Categories: Poultry, Snacks, Appetizers, Holidays Yield: 4 Servings ----------------------------PREP TIME 10 MINUTES---------------------------- ------------------------------COOK: 7 MINUTES------------------------------ 4 sl ( 3/4 oz. each) Colby, -Monterey Jack or Cheddar -cheese 1/2 c Cranberry-orange sauce or -relish 12 oz Thinly sliced cooked turkey 8 sl Firm-textured wheat or rye -bread 2 tb Margarine or butter,softened Layer cheese, sauce and turkey on 4 slices bread. Top with remaining bread. Spread top slices of bread with half of the margarine. Place sandwiches, margarine sides down, in 10 inch skillet. Spread top slices of bread with remaining margarine. Cook uncovered over medium heat about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Turn and cook other sides about 2 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
