Triple Cheese SpreadCategories: Cheese, Spread Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Cottage cheese 1/2 c Shredded Swiss 1/4 c Grated Parmesan 2 tb Milk 1/8 ts Dill weed 1/8 ts Pepper 1/4 c Shredded carrots 1/4 c Unsalted sunflower seeds (opt) In a blender or food processor, combine cheeses, milk, dill and pepper. Process until smooth. Stir in carrots. Cover and chill. Just before serving, stir in the sunflower seeds, if desired.
