Tofu Chili

Yield: 1 servings

2 pk Nasoya firm tofu
Frozen and thawed
1 lg Onion; diced
2 Cloves garlic; minced
3 c Tomatoes
4 c Cooked kidney beans
2 tb Chili powder
1 ts Vinegar
1 ts Sweetener
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
Tabasco sauce; if desired

Thaw tofu, Press and crumble. Saute onion and garlic in oil. When onions
are tender, add tofu and saute another few minutes. In a large pot, mix all
ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Stir frequently. 8 servings.
