Tofu Baked in a Lemon-Rosemary MarinadeCategories: Dujour08 Yield: 4 servings 1 lb Firm tofu; cut 1/2" slices 3 tb Fresh lemon juice; strained 1 tb Balsamic vinegar 2 tb Shoyu 1/2 ts Minced fresh rosemary 1 tb Olive oil; plus 1 ts Olive oil 1 pn Freshly-ground white pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tofu in a baking dish and pour over marinade. Bake 30 minutes or until browned and marinade has been absorbed. This recipe yields 4 servings.
