Thanksgiving PieCategories: Barbara4 Yield: 1 servings 1 3/4 c Canned pumpkin 1 3/4 c Sweetened condensed milk 2 Eggs; lightly beaten 2/3 c Firmly packed brown sugar 2 tb Sugar 1 ts Cinnamon 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Ginger 1/2 ts Nutmeg 1/4 ts Cloves 9 " pie crust Combine pumpkin and remaining ingredients, except pie crest. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 50 minutes or until done.
