Teriyaki MarinadeCategories: Japanese Yield: 4 Servings 1 Lime- juiced 1/2 c Dry red wine 1/2 c Low sodium soy sauce 2 tb Fresh minced ginger 2 sm Cloves garlic- minced 1 tb Brown sugar (I use about 1/2 ;tablespoon Tabasco sauce to taste 1/2 ts Chili oil (optional) Mix together and marinate meat for 3 hours before cooking.
