Tequila Lime Chicken Marinade

1 tb Grated lime peel
1/2 c Fresh lime juice
3 tb Vegetable oil
2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Cracked pepper
2 tb Tequila
1/2 ts Fresh cilantro; finely
-chopped

enough for one chicken or a few breasts

It was very easy to tell which vegetables were next to chunks of chicken.
