Tangy MushroomsCategories: Appetizers, Holidays Yield: 6 To 8 serv 1 lb Small mushrooms, stalks -trimmed 1 c Boiling water 2 tb Lemon juice 5 tb Olive oil 2 tb Wine vinegar 2 cl Garlic, minced 2 ts Thyme, chopped 1 tb Parsley, chopped Place the mushrooms in a heatproof bowl. Combine the water and lemon juice and pour over the mushrooms. Let stand for 5 minutes, then drain well. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the mushrooms.
