Sugar Snaps with Buttered PecansCategories: Side dish, Christmas Yield: 10 Servings 1/4 c Butter or margarine 1/2 c Chopped pecans 3 Boxes ( 8 oz. each) frozen -sugar snap peas, thawed Salt Ground black pepper In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stirring occasionally, add pecans and cook until pecans are slightly darker in color. Stir in peas and cook until heated through. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
