Sugar And Spice Snack Mix

6 c Crispy cereal squares
2 c Miniature pretzels
1 1/3 c Sugar
2 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ts Orange extract; (or almond
-extract)
3 Egg whites; lightly beaten
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine cereal and pretzels in a large bowl; set aside. Combine sugar and
next 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk. Pour
sugar mixture over cereal mixture; toss gently to coat. Spread cereal
mixture in a 15 x 10 x 1 inch jellyroll pan coated with cooking spray. Bake
at 275 degrees for 50 minutes or until crisp, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool completely. Store cereal mixture in an airtight container. Yield: 9
cups.
