Stuffed CrabsCategories: Femina, Femina2, Seafood Yield: 4 servings 4 Whole crab shells; cleaned -and dried Oil 4 Onions; chopped fine (200 ; g) 8 Green chillies 10 Cm ginger; julienned 16 Flakes; (32 g) garlic, ; chopped fine 200 g Crab meat Salt to taste 1 1/2 ts Pepper powder; (7 g) 4 Egg yolks A small bunch coriander -leaves; chopped fine 40 g Cheese HEAT oil and saute the onions and green chillies till done. Add ginger and garlic and fry well. Add crab meat, salt, pepper powder and egg yolks. Fry till done and dry. Lastly add the coriander leaves and stir well. Remove from heat. Put the prepared crab meat filling evenly in the crab shells. Grate the cheese over and bake them in the oven till light golden brown and the cheese has melted.
