Spicy Pork Steak RubCategories: Rubs, Pork, Rubs and sp Yield: 4 servings Dry Spice Rub 1 ts Garlic powder 2 ts Black pepper 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper 1 tb Paprika 1/2 ts Thyme 1/2 ts Oregano 1/2 ts Rosemary 1/2 ts Salt Combine spices. Rub spices on pork steak and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Grill pork over medium heat. Sprinkle additional spice when turning. Remove steaks when internal temperture reaches 155F.
