Spicy Corn Relish

1 1 quart whol fresh kernel
-corn or>>
Equal amt. frozen or canned.
1 c Celery; chopped
1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Salt
1 c Pimento; chopped coarse
1 c Green pepper; chopped coarse
1/2 c Onion; chopped med.
2 c Vinegar; (1 pt. bottle)
1 ts Celery seed

Mix sugar, salt, celery seed and vinegar together. Place in enameled, or
Pyrex saucepan and boil with vegetables for 20 min. Can and process in
usual manner.
