Refrigerated Fruit SaladCategories: Desserts, Picnics, Camping, Fruits Yield: 12 Servings 1 (21 oz.) can peach pie -filling 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple -chunks in unsweetened juice -drained 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange -segments, drained 1 c Seedless red grapes, halved, -or 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 c Miniature marshmallows 2 Bananas, sliced In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Yield: 12 ( 1/2 cup) servings. (CAMPING TIP): This recipe will hold up well for serveral days in the cooler.
