Puddin' It OutsideCategories: Desserts, Picnics, Camping Yield: 4 Servings 1 Creme-filled chocolate -sandwich cookies 1 pk (4 serving size) pistachio -instant pudding and pie -filling mix 1 cn (12 oz.) evaporated fat-free -milk, chilled Place cookies in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Crush cookies with rolling pin. Place pudding mix (dry) in medium bowl. Gradually beat in chilled milk about 2 minutes, using wire whisk, until creamy and thickened. Chill about 5 minutes or until firm. Spoon pudding into 4 plastic cups or dessert bowls. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
