Porcupine MeatballsCategories: Microwave Yield: 1 Servings 1 lb Ground beef 1 Egg 1 c Precooked minute rice 1/2 c Water 1 Tomato; (10 oz.) soup, -divided 1 ts Onion salt ----------------------------------TOPPING---------------------------------- 1/2 cn Tomato soup 2 tb Catsup 1 ts Mustard Mix together above ingredients with one soup mixture. Shape into 12 balls in circle in 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Cover with wax paper. Cook on high 7 to 9 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn halfway through cooking. Topping: Spoon topping over meatballs.
