Pizza Tot CasseroleCategories: Beef:ground Yield: 6 Servings 1 lb Ground beef 1 md Green pepper; chopped 1 md Onion; chopped 11 1/8 oz Can condensed Italian tomato -soup; undiluted 4 1/2 oz Jar sliced mushrooms; -drained 2 c (8 oz) shredded mozzarella -cheese 32 oz Pkg frozen Tater Tots In a skillet, cook the beef, pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in, baking dish. Top with cheese and then the potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
