Parmesan PotatoesCategories: Microwave Yield: 1 Servings 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 ts Onion salt 1/2 ts Paprika 1/2 Bag; (24 oz.) frozen potato -wedges with skins 1 tb Butter or margarine In a plastic food storage bag, combine Parmesan cheese, onion, salt, paprika and add potatoes. Close bag and shake till potatoes are coated. Arrange potatoes in an 8 x 8 x 2 microwave-safe dish. Set aside 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese. Microwave potatoes on high 4 minutes. Give dish 1/2 turn, cooking 2 to 4 minutes more till tender. Melt margarine in glass bowl and stir in reserved cheese. Pour over potatoes.
