Orange And Juniper Berries Chicken Marinade

1/2 c Orange juice
1 Lemon; cut into quarters
2 Bay leaves
1 ts Fresh thyme
1 ts Juniper berries; crushed
2 tb Molasses
1/2 ts Chilli peppers; crushed
2 Garlic cloves; peeled and
-crushed

Combine all the marinade ingredients and squeeze the lemon quarters to
release their juices.

Marinate the bird for several hours.
