Oley's Simple Corned Beef Hash

24 oz Ore-Ida Potatoes Obrien
(one bag)
1 cn Corned beef, chopped
2 tb Bacon fat or grease
1 md Onion, chopped

Melt the bacon grease in a large skillet. Add the potatoes and onion. When
slightly browned, add the corned beef. Continue cooking, covered, until
golden brown.

As simple as this is to prepare, it is absolutely delicious.
