Mustard And Thyme Marinaded RibletsCategories: Sainsbury's, Sainsbury14 Yield: 4 servings 1 600 gram pac lamb riblets 2 tb Smooth Dijon mustard 2 tb Grainy mustard 1 15 grams pac fresh thyme; -finely chopped 6 tb Olive oil Place the riblets in a non-metallic dish. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and pour/brush over. Leave to marinade for 1-2 hours or overnight. Preheat a grill to a moderate heat and cook for 15-18 minutes.
