Gift Horse Apples and Cheese

Yield: 1 Servings

9 Apples, peeled, sliced
1 c Flour
1 c Sugar
13 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
1 Sleeve Ritz crackers,
-crumbled
1/2 c Margarine, melted

Simmer apples in boiling water until tender. Remove from water, drain and
place a layer in a buttered casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and
sprinkle over apples. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used. Bake
at 350 degrees, 35-45 minutes.
