Fluffy Frosting with Just Whites

1/2 c Sugar
1/3 c Warm water
1/8 ts Cream of tartar
1 ds Salt
1 tb Just Whites

Mix Just Whites in water.

Add all ingredients on top of double boiler. Place over simmering water.
Using an electric mixer, beat on a high speed until stiff peaks form.

Each 45 CALS, 0G FAT
