Decorator Frosting

7 c Sifted powdered sugar
1 cn Evaporated milk; (8 oz)
1 ts Vanilla
25 Vanilla flavored candy
-coating drops; melted
Yellow; red, green and blue
; paste food coloring

Combine sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla candy coating in a large
microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds or until thin enough
to spread. Divide frosting between 4 bowls. Tint frosting to desired colors
using paste food coloring. Spread on "bulb" of each cookie.
