Chicken Cordon BleuCategories: Chicken, Crockpot, Spices/etc. Yield: 4 Servings 3 Skinless boneless chicken -breasts 3 sl Swiss cheese; halved 3 sl Cooked ham; halved 2 tb Margarine 1 Cream of mushroom soup 3 tb Milk 1 tb Sherry; optional 1/4 ts Seasoned pepper Flatten chicken breasts with wooden mallet. Cover each half breast with a slice of cheese and ham (thinly sliced ham). Secure with toothpicks. In skillet, brown chicken in hot margarine. Arrange in crockpot. Combine so up and remaining ingredients and pout over chicken. Cover pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Serve on watercress if desired.
