Cavatappi with Spinach, Beans, Ans Asiago CheeseCategories: Pasta Yield: 4 servings 8 c Spinach Leaves; Coarsely -Chopped 4 c Cooked Spiral Pasta 2 tb Olive Oil 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 19 oz Cannellini Beans; Drained 2 Garlic Cloves; Crushed 1/2 c Asiago Cheese; Shredded Fresh Ground Black Pepper; -Optional Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well.
