Herb Onion Grill Bread
NOTES : We had lots of fun making this easy bread while we were camping last weekend. Before we left home I premeasured the whole wheat flour together with the herbs and brought them in a ziplock bag. We grilled the bread over a charcoal fire as an accompaniment for dinner and then the next day opened them up as pocket bread so that we could put a sandwich filling inside. The bread is very flavorful. I decreased the oil in this bread as I do for most breads. Recipe by: Veggie Life, July, 1997 Posted to EAT-LF Digest by Reggie Dwork on Nov 26, 1999, ----- ----------

to hold the coulibiac and with the aid of the cloth or foil, turn the whoel thing over so that the smooth side is uppermost. Let rise on the baking sheet, in a warm place, for 20 to 30 minutes. Classic French Bread
white mixture. 8. Bake 5 to 10 minutes more or until done. Bread should sound hollow when tapped. (For even browning when baking two loaves, switch positions of sheets halfway through baking.) Remove the breads from the sheets; cool on a wire rack. Makes 2 loaves. Helpful Tip: This crusty French bread, with its chewy texture, makes a delicious garlic bread. Just slice lengthwise, top with garlic butter & broil. Posted to EAT-LF Digest by Reggie and Jeff Dwork on Oct 1, 1999, -----

Cherries And Cheese Loaf
When the bread is served piping hot from its pan, the cherries are still moist inside, reminding one of a fresh cherry pie. Slices are delectable spread with cream cheese, and if you're one of those who can't stay away from the cherry jar, you can always sneak some more of them into the cream cheese too.
